1. Who can use Revexo

You must be 18 or over. By using Revexo you confirm that you are.

2. What Revexo is — and what it isn't

Revexo is a self-help coaching app. It gives you a structured programme, reflection prompts, and an AI coach ("Revex") to talk things through with.

Revexo is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or legal advice. Revex is an AI, not a human professional, and nothing it says is a diagnosis, treatment, or professional recommendation. It is not a substitute for a therapist, doctor, or lawyer, and it is not a crisis service.

If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. The app's Safety screen lists options and is always free, with no subscription needed.

We cannot promise any outcome. Revexo will never guarantee that you will get back together with anyone, or that another person will change how they feel or behave. Other people's choices are theirs alone.

3. AI-generated content

Revex's replies are generated by an AI model. That means:

• Replies can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
• You are responsible for what you choose to do. Treat Revex's suggestions as one perspective to consider, never as instructions to follow.
• Do not rely on Revexo for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.

We continually work on quality, but we can't guarantee any particular standard of AI output.

4. Using Revexo responsibly

Revexo exists to help you recover and grow. You agree not to use it to:

• harass, stalk, monitor, threaten, coerce, manipulate, or intimidate anyone;
• work around someone's boundaries — including a block, a request for no contact, or a restraining or protective order;
• impersonate anyone, or write messages designed to deceive or pressure someone;
• get advice on anything illegal;
• share another person's private information without their consent;
• attempt to bypass the app's safety features or usage limits, reverse-engineer it, or access it by automated means.

Revex is built to decline these requests. If we believe your use puts someone at risk, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.

5. Your account

Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at Support@revexo.app if you think someone else has access.

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Access to Revexo requires a monthly auto-renewing subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store.

• Price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Prices vary by country and may change; we'll tell you before any change affects you.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged on renewal.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings, or via Profile → Manage subscription in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel with Apple separately.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Safety resources remain free whether or not you subscribe.

7. Our content

The Revexo app, its programme content, branding and design belong to us. You may use them for your own personal use, and not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Anything you write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you — storing your messages and sending them to our AI provider to generate replies. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Revexo running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and stop charging you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Revexo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on anything in the app.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you're a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using Revexo at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms — in particular section 4.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Revexo after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of «England and Wales», and disputes are subject to the «courts of England and Wales». If you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local law.
